Returns & Exchanges
At Iwe Nesu, we accept exchanges and returns on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. A full refund will be issued for approved returns. Please note, personalised items are non-returnable.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
All sale/clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at iwenesu@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, please include your order number of photos of the item. Once assessed and confirmed as faulty, we will advise on the next steps. Shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Iwe Nesu.
Additional Information
Iwe Nesu reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with style or colour.
Please refer carefully to size guides, product descriptions, and any available customer reviews before purchasing.
As our products are handmade, slight variations in size, colour, or texture may occur. These are not considered faults or defects but part of their uniqueness.
Iwe Nesu is not responsible for damage caused after purchase, including improper washing, use of harsh chemicals, staining, bleaching, or dye transfer.
We recommend following our care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your pieces.
