Returns & Exchanges

At Iwe Nesu, we offer exchanges and returns on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.

For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under UK consumer law. Once you notify us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

Refunds for online orders will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All sale or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

Items purchased at artisan markets or in-person events are exchange only, unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK law.

Please contact us at iwenesu@gmail.com as soon as possible, providing your order number and photos of the item.

We will cover reasonable shipping costs for returning faulty or incorrect items.

Additional Information

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with style or colour for in-person purchases. For online purchases, your cancellation rights apply as outlined above.

Please review size guides, product descriptions, and any available customer reviews before purchasing.

As our products are handmade, slight variations in size, colour, or texture may occur. These are not considered faults but part of the uniqueness of each item.

We are not responsible for damage caused after purchase, including improper washing, use of harsh chemicals, staining, bleaching, or dye transfer. Please follow care instructions provided.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
