You have 14 calendar days to cancel a purchase from the date you received your items, without giving any reason. You have another 14 calendar days to return your items from the date you informed us of your cancellation.
To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. The items should not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
To start a cancellation and return, please inform us using either ETSY or by emailing us at iwenesu@gmail.com , stating the order number.
You are responsible to arranging the return and bearing the postal costs of returning. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund of the items. We may deduct an amount from the refund for any loss in value of the items, if the loss is due to unnecessary handling by you.
We will process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your returned items, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
We take great care in the creation and packaging of our handmade products, and we ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. In the rare event that you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within a reasonable timeframe via ETSY or by using our contact form. Be sure to include photos of the issue so that we can investigate the situation. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement. Should the item be out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Please note that due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, slight variations in size, colour, or texture may occur. These differences are not considered defects but rather make each item unique.
